No. Your agent registers you when pre-booking your product. You can then view your booking with Customer Login using your mobile number and pin.
No. Royal Looks sets a pre-booking amount for each product. You will see it on the product page and your agent will confirm it before booking.
If a pre-booking is cancelled, the pin is refunded to the agent and the booking is closed. Refund of your pre-booking amount follows Royal Looks's policy; please check the Terms.
