The pre-booking amount books a specific product and is adjusted against its price. The balance is paid at the Royal Looks store. Each product has its own pre-booking amount set by Royal Looks.
Each pin can be used for exactly one customer booking and cannot be transferred or resold. If a booking is cancelled, the pin is refunded to the agent and the agent's commission for that booking is reversed.
Agents are independent and are not employees of Royal Looks. Commission is credited to the agent wallet for successful bookings, as set by Royal Looks for each product.
Royal Looks may update these terms. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
